Payment Terms
All bookings must be paid in full at least 72 hours before the scheduled service date to confirm your appointment. Failure to complete payment by this deadline may result in the cancellation of your booking.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services, all payments are final and non-refundable. However, we understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. Refunds or credits will only be issued under the following conditions:
- Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled service: A full credit may be applied toward a future booking within 90 days.
- Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the service date: Payments are non-refundable, but we may offer a partial credit at our discretion.
- No-shows or same-day cancellations: No refunds or credits will be issued.
Rescheduling Policy
If you need to reschedule your booking:
- Requests made at least 72 hours in advance may be accommodated at no additional cost.
- Requests made less than 72 hours in advance will be subject to a rescheduling fee.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Service Adjustments & Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive to provide high-quality service. If you experience any issues, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment, and we will make reasonable efforts to address any concerns. Adjustments or corrections are offered at our sole discretion.
Exceptions & Special Considerations
- Emergency cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, medical emergencies) will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
- Any service-specific terms may apply and will be outlined in your service agreement or booking confirmation.
