What happens if a game is damaged during the rental?
We ask that you take great care of the games during your rental. If any damage occurs, please notify us immediately. Depending on the extent of the damage, fees may apply. Our contract includes detailed terms regarding damages, so you’ll have all the information you need.
How do I make a reservation?
You can reserve your games by contacting our team at 904-677-3031. We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability for your desired date.
What is the cancellation policy?
- If a rental is canceled due to inclement weather more than 24 hours before the event, there will be no charge to the renter.
- If a rental is canceled after travel to the event has begun, the deposit will not be refunded.
- If the event is canceled after the equipment is set up and operating, the full rental charge is due and payable.
- Any event canceled for reasons other than inclement weather will forfeit the renter’s 50% deposit.
